— Overview

Cross-border estate planning, succession structures, and trusts. Our in-house lawyers coordinate with your tax counsel to ensure the document, the structure, and the bank custody arrangement actually align.

— Features

What it includes.

Trust & foundation

Czech, Liechtenstein, and Jersey structures, with full transparency on cost and reporting obligations. We will not set up something we wouldn't ourselves.

Succession planning

Family governance frameworks, generational roadmaps, and pre-mortem stress tests of every clause. Counsel for the family — not the document.

Probate liquidity

Standby credit facilities so heirs are not forced to liquidate at the wrong time. Tested in practice across our client book.

— Document set

A look inside.

A typical Diavulcan estate file: deeds, IPS, governance constitution, and the standby liquidity facility. Drafted by our lawyers, co-signed by your counsel, archived encrypted.

"We came to Diavulcan in 1996 after our Swiss bank lost track of who we were. Three banks have tried to win us back since. None has come close. The same banker still answers the same line."

— Questions

Frequently asked.

Do you set up trusts in Switzerland?

Switzerland does not recognise trusts under domestic law. We use Liechtenstein for German-speaking clients and Jersey or Malta for international cases.

How is data protected?

Encrypted document vault, role-based access, and an air-gapped archival copy. Audit log on every document touch.

Will my heirs need to come to Praha?

No. Most administration is remote. We do recommend at least one annual in-person meeting with the trustees.

Do you handle philanthropic vehicles?

Yes. Foundations and donor-advised arrangements are part of our standard menu.
