Can I open an account remotely?
Yes. We support fully remote onboarding for residents of EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK. Identity verification is video-based and ID documents are uploaded through our secure portal.
Do I need to be a Czech resident?
No. We serve clients across Central and Western Europe. Tax residency outside the EU may require additional documentation under FATCA/CRS.
How are FX transactions priced?
At institutional spreads from 0.10% on major pairs, sourced live from interbank screens. No retail markup, no hidden fee.
Is my deposit insured?
Yes. Diavulcan is a member of the Czech Deposit Guarantee Scheme. Eligible deposits are protected up to €100,000 per holder per institution.
