Every joiner has a 90-day onboarding programme tailored to their function. Senior bankers mentor formally for 24 months.
We pay 105–115% of comparable Swiss-bank role compensation. We do not pay performance bonuses on AUM brought in.

Screen
30-minute screen with HR within 5 business days of qualifying applications.
Step 03
Interview
4–6 rounds, mostly with the team you'd join. Final round always with a senior banker.
Step 04
Offer
Decision within 2 weeks of final round. Onboarding starts on the first of the following month.

Do you sponsor visas?
Yes for senior roles where the candidate is exceptional. EU citizens have automatic right to work.
Is remote work supported?
Hybrid (3 days office) is the default. Senior individual contributors with established track records can negotiate fully remote.
Do you have a graduate programme?
Yes — annual graduate cohort of 6–8, two-year rotational across desks.
How does compensation work?
Above-market base, modest annual bonus tied to bank performance. We do not pay individual-AUM bonuses to bankers.
